Starting November 14, 2023, an exciting initiative will unfold: The City of Braunschweig, in collaboration with ForschungRegion and the House of Science, will present a new round of Sciecons on eight advertising columns. Interested individuals can identify member institutions of ForschungRegion using abstract Science Identicons. The puzzle can be solved via a QR code, which also provides access to exciting videos and podcast episodes for all ages.
Ten of the Sciecons were already on display at Braunschweig Central Station in February and March 2023. The collection has now been expanded by fourteen additional Sciecons. Prof. Dr. Folkhard Isermeyer, Chairman of the Board of ForschungRegion, explained: “The versatile Sciecons serve as a suitable introduction to a comprehensive concept with which we aim to enhance the visibility of the diversity and strength of Braunschweig’s research institutions in our city.”
